These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lite Agentic Systems platform ("Service"), operated by Lite Agentic Systems LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell, share, or use Your Data for purposes unrelated to the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Data complies with applicable laws, including tax regulations and data protection requirements. You represent that you have the right to upload and process all data submitted to the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract, process, and analyze financial documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before reliance. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. The Service is a tool to assist accounting professionals, not a substitute for professional judgment.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period.
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service outages, natural disasters, or network failures.
The Service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Lite Agentic Systems LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, you may request an export of Your Data for up to 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete Your Data in accordance with our data retention policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
